For my genius hour project I have decided to embark on a well-being journey, and I am so excited to take you along with me.
My motivation to begin this journey stems from my passion for mental health and well-being. I have experienced struggles with my mental health, as I’m sure many people have, so I wanted to create this project as a way to determine techniques that are beneficial for improving well-being. I am sure many of you have heard of several changes people say to implement in our lives in order to improve our well-being, however I am curious to see if any of these things will actually work for me. This curiosity has driven me to answer the question of: How will making small, positive changes to my lifestyle affect my overall well-being?
My goal for this journey is to find things that work for me. I hope to create long-lasting habits that will improve my well-being and mental health. Throughout this journey, I will be researching lifestyle changes that have been proven to work, and I will incorporate one each week into my life. I am so excited to begin this project, and I hope this can inspire you all to begin your own well-being journey!
